How can you help the Harvest Park Middle School Library?

The Harvest Park Middle School can definitely use your help, in a lot of different ways. Here are some ways:

1. The biggest way you can help is by either purchasing books that are on the Harvest Park Middle School Library Amazon.com wishlist or by donating money to the Harvest Park Middle School Library so that books can be purchased.

2. Another way you can help is by volunteering your time in the library. There are a variety of tasks that always need to be done such as shelving books, shelving books, and shelving more books. Another helpful way to spend your time here is to help with "crowd control" during 4th and 5th period lunch.

3. Advocacy. The library needs your voice of support. Feel free to come in and talk with Jamie Renton, the librarian, to see how you can help advocate for our school library. There are lots of different methods to get the message out that school libraries do make a difference. Perhaps you're not sure how school libraries make a difference. I'd be happy to discuss this with you-just let me know when you want to come in so I can make sure I'm available. If I'm with a class or a student at that time, we can hopefully reschedule to another time.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Go Patriots!
